Clear refund rules for digital access.

Tayyari does not sell physical products. Our services are delivered digitally through the website after login and subscription activation.

A refund may be considered if payment was deducted but access was not activated, duplicate payment was made, or a platform-side technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved.

Refunds may not be provided if the user has actively used the paid service, changed their mind after purchase, expected guaranteed exam selection, faced device/internet issues, or violated our Terms & Conditions.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment with the registered email address, payment reference, and reason for refund.

Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment provider, wallet service, or bank.
