Tyyari provides digital educational services. Since our services are delivered online, refunds are handled according to the conditions below.
1. Digital Service Nature
Tyyari does not sell physical products. All services are delivered digitally through the website after account login and subscription activation.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if:
- Payment was deducted but subscription access was not activated.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same plan.
- A technical issue from our side prevented access and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be provided if:
- The user has actively used the paid service after activation.
- The user changed their mind after purchase.
- The user expected guaranteed exam selection or job placement.
- The issue was caused by user internet/device problems.
- The user violated our Terms & Conditions.
4. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment by contacting support with payment reference, email address, and reason for refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment provider, bank, or wallet service.
